Terms of service

The agreement

These terms apply between SewaCore(“we”) and the organisation subscribing to SewaCore (“you”). Using the service means accepting them.

What you get

A hosted website on a subdomain or your own domain, and access to the dashboard for page building, member management, donations, events and certificates, as described on our features page at the time you subscribe.

Fees

The subscription is ₹5,999 per six months or ₹9,999per year, exclusive of GST, payable in advance. We will give at least 30 days’ notice by email before any price change, which takes effect at your next renewal.

Your content and your data

Everything you publish, and every member and donor record collected through your site, remains yours. We claim no ownership over it. We store and process it to run the service for you, and we will provide an export on request.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you publish — including registration numbers, 80G details and receipts issued to donors — and for holding the registrations you claim. You must keep administrator credentials secure, and you must not use the service to publish unlawful content or to solicit funds you are not entitled to collect.

Payments to you

Donations and fees are collected through your own payment gateway account and are settled directly to you. We are not a party to those transactions and do not hold your funds at any point.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance will be notified in advance where practical.

Ending the agreement

You may stop at any time; the subscription then runs to the end of the period you have paid for, and fees already paid are not refundable except where Indian law requires it. We may suspend or end the service for non-payment, or for a serious breach of these terms, after giving you notice and a reasonable chance to put it right. On termination we will provide an export of your data on request.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
