About
Built for organisations that cannot afford a developer
Most NGO software is priced for organisations with a technology budget. The ones doing the work on the ground do not have one.
01 The problem
A website should not be a project
An NGO pays somewhere between ₹40,000 and ₹1,50,000 for a website. It is delivered, and then it stops changing — because every edit means finding the developer again, and the developer has moved on. Two years later the site lists an old address, a dead phone number and events from 2023.
Meanwhile the member list lives in a spreadsheet on one person’s laptop, donation receipts are typed by hand each March, and the certificates go out late because someone has to make them one at a time.
None of this is a technology problem. It is a problem of the tools being sold separately, to people who were never going to be able to wire them together.
02 The approach
One system, priced like a phone bill
SewaCore is one platform where the website, the member register, donations, receipts, events and certificates are the same system — so a new member appears on the roster, gets a number, gets an ID card and shows up in the year’s figures without anyone copying anything between tools.
There is one plan. Every organisation gets every capability, because deciding that automatic 80G receipts belong in an enterprise tier would be a decision about which NGOs deserve to be compliant.
03 Where we are
Early, and saying so
SewaCore is a young product with a small number of organisations on it, run by a small team in India. We would rather tell you that than imply a scale we do not have.
What that means for you in practice: you will talk to the people who build it, changes you ask for get considered rather than filed, and if the product is not right for your organisation we will say so instead of selling you a plan.
Talk to the people who build it
No sales team, no demo booking form. Send a message and you will get an answer from someone who works on the product.
