Families looking for help had nowhere to read what the centre offered, who staffed it, or what the facilities looked like. The information existed; none of it was on the web.

What they run today
Seven content pages — treatments, facilities, team, gallery, about and contact — on the centre’s own domain, with a blog for longer explanatory writing. Twelve URLs are in its sitemap and indexable.
03 Why it fits
Not every organisation needs the whole platform. This one takes payments nowhere and keeps no member register: donations and membership are turned off, and what is left is a website its own staff can edit.
